Valeria Ricaurte is a photographer and creative director born and raised on the Caribbean island of Aruba. Her work is mainly shot with analogue photography and is inspired by nature and femininity. Her style is all about natural light, organic settings, and candid moments that showcase the beauty of the images she captures.
In 2018 she began her ongoing personal photography project, Sirena Negra, which has become the main focus of her creative work ever since. Sirena Negra is the beginning of a self knowledge journey through art, beauty, female liberation, nudity, the sun and the sea.
Valeria is currently living in Madrid.
